For independent repair shops
Your parts statements, checked line by line against your invoices.
$49. Nothing found, nothing owed.
Send me last month's statements from your parts suppliers and your POs or invoices. I run them through my checker and go through every mismatch myself before you see it. Within 24 hours you get a list of every line that doesn't match, with the dollar amount on each one. No software to install, nothing to learn.
Pay by card: link coming — or email me.
Where the money goes
- You sent the core back. The credit never showed up.
- You returned the part. The statement still bills it.
- The same invoice is on the statement twice.
- The price on the statement isn't the price on your PO.
Nobody has time to match a month of statements line by line, so most shops pay the total and move on.
One shop owner doing about $850k a year found roughly $15,000 in lost parts once he started checking supplier statements against his own invoices. Read his story on Protractor.

- The same invoice billed twice.
- Core, warranty and return credits that are missing or short.
- Unit prices that differ from your PO.
- Tax or freight lines you didn't agree to.

The guarantee

No fine print.
Who does it
Marat, Korpesh, LLC
I'm Marat. I build software for a living, mostly back-office systems where the numbers have to match to the cent. Korpesh, LLC is my company. The audit isn't a department: your files come to me, I run the check, I read every mismatch, I send you the list.
Your files
Your files are used only for this audit and deleted after you get the report. No reselling, no mailing list.
Questions
- Do you do this by hand or with software?
- Both. A checker I built does the matching. I go through every mismatch myself before it goes to you, so you don't take a wrong line to your supplier.
- What do I send?
- Last month's statements from your parts suppliers — PDF or an export from their portal — and your POs or parts invoices for the same month. Customer names blacked out is fine.
- Which suppliers?
- Any supplier that sends you a statement: NAPA, O'Reilly, AutoZone, Advance/Carquest, WorldPac, your local jobber.
- I use Tekmetric, Shop-Ware or Mitchell 1. What do I send?
- Export the parts purchase or vendor report for the month. If that's a hassle, just send the invoices.
- How do I pay?
- By card, through Stripe. Reply to the receipt email with your files.
- What if you find nothing?
- You get the $49 back.
- Why so cheap?
- It's one month, done once. No subscription, no software to set up. If it turns out to be worth more to you, we talk after.
